Simple Method for Bappa's Sthapana and Puja at Home

Preparing the Chowki:
After bathing, wear clean clothes. Place a wooden chowki in the Ishan Kon (North-East direction) of the house or in the puja room. Spread a red or yellow cloth over it, place a little Akshat (rice) on it, and meditate upon the Lord.
Kalash Sthapana:
Fill a copper kalash with pure water and Gangajal on the right side of the chowki. Put a coin, a betel nut, and a little turmeric inside the kalash. Now place mango leaves on the mouth of the kalash and install a coconut over them.
Idol Installation:
During the auspicious muhurat, respectfully lift the idol of Lord Ganesha and place it on the chowki. While installing, keep the feeling in your mind that Gajanan himself has arrived at your home.
Puja and Mantra:
Give Bappa a symbolic bath with Gangajal (sprinkle water using a flower). After this, offer him yellow clothes, Janeu, and apply a tilak of vermilion (sindoor). Offer him red hibiscus flowers and 21 bundles of Durva. Continue chanting the mantra "Om Gam Ganapataye Namah" throughout this process.
Bhog and Aarti:
