Thank you for choosing SkillAstro Ventures Private Limited (“SkillAstro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to delivering high-quality educational programs, astrology courses, and digital services for astrologers, tarot readers, and spiritual professionals.

This Refund & Return Policy governs all purchases, enrollments, and transactions made on www.skillastro.in. By enrolling in any course or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

SkillAstro reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

1. Nature of Services

All SkillAstro courses and services are:

  • Digital in nature

  • Delivered via online platforms

  • Non-physical and non-returnable once accessed

Due to the digital delivery model, refunds are governed strictly by the conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Policy – Live Courses

2.1 No Refund After Course Start

Once a live course has commenced, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Users are advised to review the course structure, curriculum, and schedule carefully before enrolling.

2.2 Course Completion Timeline

While SkillAstro aims to complete live courses within the communicated timeframe, course duration is not a guaranteed commitment and may be extended due to:

  • Scheduling changes

  • Instructor availability

  • Technical or operational reasons

2.3 No Refund Due to Delays

Delays in course completion do not qualify for refunds. Course delay alone does not constitute grounds for a refund claim.

Note: In case of delays, SkillAstro may offer extended access, alternative sessions, or recorded content at its discretion. However, this does not create a right to claim a refund.

2.4 Non-Transferable Enrollment

Live course enrollments are strictly non-transferable and tied to the registered user only.

2.5 Digital Delivery Clause

Once access to a live course or its recordings is provided, the service is deemed delivered and non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy – Recorded Courses

3.1 Cooling-Off Period (Advance Payment)

  • A refund of the ₹3000 advance may be requested within 72 hours of payment

  • After 72 hours, the advance becomes non-refundable

  • Access to bonus content (if provided) will remain active

3.2 Completion of Remaining Payment

  • Users are encouraged to complete the remaining course fee within 30 days

  • Course completion timelines may vary

  • Full course access is generally provided after complete payment

If full payment is not completed:

  • Lifetime access to bonus content only is retained

  • The ₹3000 advance remains non-refundable

Important: Delays in course delivery due to unforeseen circumstances do not make the user eligible for refunds. SkillAstro remains committed to completing the course.

3.3 Refunds After Full Payment

After full payment:

  • Refund requests are accepted within 7 days, only if the recorded course has not been accessed or downloaded

  • Once any content is accessed or downloaded, no refund will be issued

4. Eligibility Criteria for Refunds

Refunds will be considered only if all conditions below are met:

  • User’s name matches government-approved ID and payment records

  • Refund is processed only to the original payment source

  • User is registered in SkillAstro’s database

  • Valid transaction details (date, transaction ID, URN, etc.) are provided

  • No violation of SkillAstro’s intellectual property rights

If a user is found:

  • Recording

  • Redistributing

  • Selling or misusing SkillAstro content

👉 Access will be terminated immediately and all refund rights will be forfeited.

5. Payment Verification Clause

If a payment is not visible in SkillAstro records due to:

  • Gateway delays

  • Technical issues

We will cooperate to resolve the issue. Additional verification documents may be requested. SkillAstro reserves the right to reject refund requests if verification fails.

6. Taxes & Fees

  • GST / VAT / government taxes are non-refundable, unless legally required

  • Payment gateway or bank charges are non-refundable

7. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 12–14 working days

  • Credit to bank accounts may take 24–96 hours after processing

  • Delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond SkillAstro’s control

8. Course Access Duration

  • Recorded Courses: Access valid for 1 year from purchase date

  • Live Courses: Recordings available for 6 months post-attendance

SkillAstro reserves the right to revoke access without notice in case of policy violations.

9. Withdrawal After Access

If a user withdraws after accessing any part of the course (live or recorded):

  • No refund will be issued

  • Access remains valid for the remaining access period

SkillAstro may revise this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
