📝 Skill Astro – Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Priority of Terms

The client explicitly waives their own terms and conditions, even if drafted after these terms. Any exceptions must be agreed upon in writing in advance.

2. Payments

1. 1. All invoices are due within 21 working days, unless otherwise stated on the invoice/order.
   2. Late payments will incur a fixed interest fee of 10% on the remaining amount.
   3. In case of delayed payment, Skill Astro may suspend services without prior notice.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Skill Astro are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to course enrollment, services, downloadable content, or consultation bookings.

4. Overdue Payments

If any amount remains unpaid 60 days after the due date, Skill Astro may engage a debt recovery agency. All related legal fees will be charged to the client.

5. International Tax Deductions

If the client’s country imposes withholding tax, the client is responsible for paying it to their local authorities. Skill Astro is not liable for any such costs, and the full invoice amount remains payable.

6. Service Delivery

Skill Astro commits to delivering timely and high-quality services, but does not guarantee specific results. It shall not be held liable in any third-party disputes or claims.

7. Disputes and Claims

Any claim must be submitted to Skill Astro by registered letter within 8 days of service delivery to be considered.

8. Governing Law

All contracts and transactions are governed solely by the laws of India.
